The holder permits the use of OMEGA 322 and 543 pallets on the ZEISS O-INSPECT 863. The two strips are screwed on at the appropriate distance. The pallets can be positioned with repeated accuracy via the 3-point holder. An extension also enables the temperature interface to be used.
