The ZEISS OMEGA 322 pallet system is designed for the ZEISS O-INSPECT 322, O-DETECT 322. Available are frame pallets and various inserts like grid plates, glass and aluminium inserts without threads. Glass inserts are suitable for transmitted light measurements, black anodized pallets with drilling grids are suitable for the construction of clamping fixtures out of fixture kits. Inserts without thread are used to manufacture own drilling patterns for special designed devices
